The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple IT-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Strong Internal IT Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive IT infrastructure that supports the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Enhance Cybersecurity: Implement and manage advanced cybersecurity measures to protect the organization’s data and IT assets.

• Implement Secure Firewalls: Set up and maintain secure firewalls to safeguard the network from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

• Setup Internal Procedures: Establish and document internal IT procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Technical Enquiries: Address and resolve technical enquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly and effectively.

• Overseeing All IT Hardware: Manage and oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT hardware, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.

• Managing Microsoft Office Accounts: Administer and manage Microsoft Office accounts, ensuring users have the necessary access and support.

• Coordinating with External IT Support: Liaise with external IT support providers and other IT stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.

• System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT systems.

• Addressing Escalations: Handle escalated IT issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruption.

• Management and Deployment of ISO 27001 System: Oversee the management and deployment of the ISO 27001 information security management system.

• Develop and Manage Cyber Policies: Create and enforce cyber policies to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure and data.

• Travel at Different Sites: Travel to different sites as required to provide on-site IT support and ensure consistent IT service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ Years of Experience in IT Support: Proven experience in providing IT support, preferably in a 2nd line capacity.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Keen Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and address IT issues with precision and accuracy.

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing IT environments and requirements.
