Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a 45-bed nursing home in London, UK. The ideal candidate will be an NMC-registered nurse with strong clinical skills and leadership abilities. This role involves working as part of a structured care team, overseeing patient care, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
Administer medication safely and accurately
Develop, review, and implement detailed care plans
Supervise and support junior nursing staff
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
Act as a deputy for the manager when required
Foster a positive and professional environment for both residents and staff

Required Qualifications & Experience:

NMC Registration (Essential)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Minimum of one year of nursing experience (Preferred)
Strong understanding of care planning and patient management
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
