Job Description

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing marketing data to improve performance. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of B2B marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment.
Conduct data analysis and performance tracking to refine marketing strategies and improve engagement.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
Lead marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Produce high-quality static and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, B2B strategies, and industry innovations.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing strategy.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Desirable:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in B2B digital marketing.
Leadership and team management skills.
