We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365/Azure Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Microsoft 365 and Azure Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms to provide advanced-level support and solutions.

• Azure Administration: Manage and administer Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

• Cloud Integration: Integrate Azure with other cloud platforms to create seamless, multi-cloud environments.

• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle management of cloud resources, ensuring efficient utilization and cost management.

• Content Categorization: Implement and manage content categorization strategies to enhance data organization and retrieval.

• Intune Application Deployment: Create and manage Intune application deployment packages, ensuring smooth and efficient software distribution.

• Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and Azure-related issues.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud environments, configurations, and processes.

• Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Experience: Proven track record of working with Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms at an advanced level.

• Azure Administration: Strong experience in Azure administration, including managing virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.

• Cloud Integration: Demonstrated ability to integrate Azure with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.

• Lifecycle Management: Experience in lifecycle management of cloud resources, including provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning.

• Content Categorization: Knowledge of content categorization techniques and best practices.

• Intune Expertise: Proficiency in creating and managing Intune application deployment packages.

• Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in scripting, automation, and cloud infrastructure management.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
