Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare Test Plan and Create Test Cases for Consumer Products:
• Develop comprehensive test plans and create detailed test cases based on functional specifications or software requirement documents.
• Ensure all test cases are aligned with the overall test strategy and objectives.
2. Production Automation Tools:
• Utilize advanced production automation tools to streamline testing processes.
• Support automation system qualification activities to ensure systems meet required standards.
3. Audit and Backup for New Projects:
• Conduct audits and maintain backups to support new projects, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Provide detailed reports and documentation for audit purposes.
4. Test Samples Preparation and MES Set Up:
• Prepare test samples and set up Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for testing.
• Ensure all samples are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Large Volume Stability Tests:
• Conduct large volume stability tests to assess product durability and performance over time.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on findings.
6. Vision System Support and Automation System Training:
• Provide support for vision systems used in testing processes.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for automation system operation.
7. Identify Sample Compatibility Issues:
• Identify and resolve sample compatibility issues during testing.
• Work closely with the engineering team to address any discrepancies.
8. Reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
• Report to the lead engineer on test progress and findings.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify potential issues and provide suggestions for risk mitigation.
9. Strong Communication and Presentation Skills:
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Present test results and findings in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in preparing test plans and creating test cases for consumer products.

• Strong background in using production automation tools.

• Experience in conducting large volume stability tests.

• Ability to support automation system qualification activities.

• Proficient in test samples preparation and MES set up.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve sample compatibility issues.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel domestically and globally (approx. 10%).
