www.wpjobs.co.uk offers various subscription plans, registration and applying up to 3 job during first month of registration is FREE, but Premium membership is a paid membership. Subscribers must pay the associated subscription fees to access these benefits. Premium membership does not guarantee the success of your application  Subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage or outcome. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Job Listings and Candidate Profiles:

Employers can post job listings on www.wpjobs.co.uk, and job seekers can create profiles to apply for these positions. Both parties understand and agree that the accuracy and legitimacy of information provided, including job descriptions and candidate profiles, are their responsibility.

 

Commission Fees:

www.wpjobs.co.uk charges commission fees for certain transactions:

> Employers pay a commission fee when hiring a candidate through the platform.

> Job seekers pay a commission fee when accepting a job offer through the platform.

The applicable commission rates will be clearly stated and agreed upon before confirming any transaction.

 

User Responsibilities:

Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information in their profiles, job listings, and communication. Any fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate content will result in immediate termination of the account.

 

Privacy and Data Usage:

Information We Collect:

When users engage with us through the Services, we may gather Personal Data and other information from them, as detailed below.

We collect Personal Data via a web form to create an account and register for access to the Services. This includes Personal Data from both Employers and candidates, such as:

- First and Last Name

- Email Address

- Company name and details for Employer

- Carrier professional and experiance details for candidates

We will use the Personal Data that a user gives us in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by email to ask us a question or inform us about an issue with your  account, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer the question or resolve the problem. We send you email notification about upcoming news of UK sponser and latest jobs. We also use email addresses collected from employer, candidates to the Services to send marketing messages about our Services.

We also process Personal Data to operate, enhance, understand, and tailor our Services. For instance, we use Personal Data to:

- Create and manage user accounts

- Monitor usage of the Services by you.

- Communicate with you regarding the Services.

- Notify you about service updates and announcements.

- Send reminders or alerts for Latest jobs, and acknowledge individuals about Services.

- Provide support and assistance for the Services.

- Personalize content and communications based on your preferences.

- Fulfill contractual or legal obligations.

- Prevent, detect, or address fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

User Account and Data Deletion:

Users are entitled to request WPJobs to delete their User accounts and their personal information by sending an email with their written request to [email protected]

We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:

- Our receipt of your written request; or

- Our receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide, to enable us to comply with your request, whichever is later.

When you request deletion of your data, we follow a deletion process that ensures that your data is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymised form. We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you request deletion and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of London, England, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England's courts.
