Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager at USA offers H1B

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile teams and drive successful project outcomes across multiple locations. This role combines leadership, facilitation, and coaching, with a strong focus on delivering high-value results while fostering continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles and will be responsible for removing barriers, mentoring teams, and aligning project goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support Agile teams by identifying and eliminating roadblocks to ensure consistent delivery of sprint goals.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to maintain clarity, transparency, and shared expectations.

• Champion Agile principles and encourage a self-organizing team environment.

• Track team progress using Agile tools such as JIRA or Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM).

• Coach team members and organizational stakeholders to enhance Agile maturity and understanding of Scrum roles.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, refine backlogs, and ensure timely prioritization of features and user stories.

• Share insights and feedback with the Agile Transformation Team to support broader Agile adoption and scaling efforts.

• Promote servant leadership, open communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Introduce complementary Agile practices like Kanban or Lean where applicable.

• Oversee project finances, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoice processing, and risk mitigation.

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated success in leading Agile teams and facilitating Scrum events.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.

• Prior experience managing ServiceNow-related development projects is highly desirable.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Experience handling project finances including budget planning, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and facilitation capabilities.

• Proficient with Agile tracking tools such as JIRA, Rally, or CLM.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving proficiency.

• Working knowledge of additional Agile frameworks or scaling methods (e.g., SAFe).
  
  

  Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  Certifications (Preferred):

  • PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or ITIL certification.
