Bar and Waiting Team Member – UK (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining or bar experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve drinks and meals professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, bar areas, and dining spaces.
• Assist with preparation, clearing tables, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Handle cash, process payments, and manage customer bills responsibly.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied.

Job Roles

1. Bar Staff

• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails and beverages.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons at the bar.

2. Waiting Staff

• Receive and serve food and drink orders.
• Clear and set tables efficiently to maintain a tidy dining area.
• Ensure all customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

3. Supervisors / Team Leaders

• Oversee daily operations on the bar or restaurant floor.
• Train and mentor staff members to maintain service quality.
• Manage team schedules and ensure high performance standards.

4. Kitchen Personnel (if applicable)

• Support kitchen teams with food preparation and dish handling.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and assist chefs with daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, bars, or restaurants is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
• A friendly, approachable personality and a professional demeanor.
• Eligibility to work in the UK with sponsorship support.
