We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Workers to join our team. This role is exclusively for individuals already in the UK on a Skilled Worker or Healthcare visa who are seeking to transfer their sponsorship to our organization. You must have local accommodation, a valid UK driving license (or a valid license from your home country if you have been in the UK for less than 12 months), and prior experience in a care-based role.
As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients by offering emotional and practical support. You will assist with personal care, medication, household tasks, and mobility needs while ensuring clients maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Assist with domestic tasks such as meal preparation and household cleaning.
Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
Administer medication and support the use of mobility aids and personal equipment.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
Promote and encourage client independence while safeguarding their well-being.
Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum of two years’ experience in a care-based role (domiciliary care, care home, or hospital).
Must be currently residing in the UK on a Skilled Worker or Healthcare visa and willing to transfer sponsorship.
A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Willingness to relocate at the workplace.
Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic, and patient approach to care.
