Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the kitchen, restaurant, or hotel industry, with a strong background in supervising and hospitality. Duties: - Plan and coordinate catering events, including menu selection, food preparation, and presentation - Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness - Collaborate with clients to customize menus and meet their specific needs - Oversee food production and work closely with cooks to ensure quality and timeliness Experience: - Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hotel setting - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices - Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations - Excellent communication and customer service skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing valuable experience in the catering industry.
