Our client is hiring Desktop Support Engineers in London, UK. 

This is online Job role with 5 days working and many additional benefits for great career in IT domain. You must have experience and advanced-level knowledge to resolve Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems related issues, Network Troubleshooting etc 

As a System & Desktop Support Enginner you must know how to onboard new users with their appropriate configurations.

2. Office-365, MECM, 

3. Service Now

4. ITSM tools

5. JAMF technologies

6. Application Installation, Troubleshooting

7. Hardware repairing, Troubleshooting

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Do you know how to reimage the old/new Laptops/Desktops via SCCM mehtod by using PXE configs? For this Job Role the Windows OS knowledge is mandatory. 

How to check system logs, events for quick and better troubleshooting?

You are good with documentation and you love to prepare, update Detail documents with all processes which you are following in your day to day work. 


Job Qualification

1. Bechelor's Degree with Computer Science, IT or any other similar Education 

2. ITIL Certification

3. Good hands on knowledge with Windows-10,11, MacOS 

4. Knowledge of Service Now, ITSM Tools, Application Packaging, JAMF Technologies 

5. Must have good troubleshooting skills. Find out the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) when any problem/issue creates. 

6. Good to have any Microsoft Licence.
