Currently, we’re seeking Graduate Electrical Engineers to be part of our renowned Building Services division. As a member of this team, you’ll contribute to designing some of the most sustainable and acclaimed buildings globally, including projects like the Bloomberg European Headquarters, which holds the highest-ever BREEAM score for sustainability.

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Collaborate on high-profile construction projects, partnering with world-class architects and engineering experts.
  • Analyze electrical requirements for central plant, lighting, and small power systems to determine loads and incoming power needs.
  • Develop designs for high and low voltage electrical infrastructure.
  • Design key systems such as lighting, small power distribution, and fire alarms, integrating seamlessly with architectural and interior design elements.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings with architects and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Engage with manufacturers to stay informed about the latest technologies and applications.
  • Produce technical reports, prepare design presentations, and draft tender drawings and specifications.
  • Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design tools for project execution.
  • Visit construction sites to observe installations and witness system commissioning.

What We Look For in Candidates

We’re seeking graduates who:

  • Hold a relevant degree for the role.
  • Possess less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Exhibit drive, problem-solving capabilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Are eligible to work in the UK without restrictions. Unfortunately, this excludes applicants requiring sponsorship or those on graduate visas due to time constraints.
