We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Quality Analyst to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications and IT systems. Design, implement, and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for new and existing systems
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
Identify, document, and track software defects using tracking tools such as JIRA
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve quality issues
Automate test scripts and execute test automation where applicable
Evaluate system performance and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards
Provide input during planning and design phases to prevent defects early in the development lifecycle
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
Proficiency in test management software and issue tracking tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Willingness to relocate to the UK (visa sponsorship provided)
