Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Vehicle Faults: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to accurately identify and troubleshoot vehicle faults.

• Test Vehicle Parts: Conduct thorough testing of vehicle parts and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Ensure Vehicle Functionality: Perform comprehensive inspections and maintenance to guarantee the functionality and reliability of all vehicle components.

• Perform All Repairs: Execute a wide range of repairs, from minor fixes to major overhauls, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality.

• Maintain a Clean, Safe, and Organised Work Environment: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a tidy workspace to promote efficiency and safety.

• Mentor Junior Technicians: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician, with a proven track record of excellence.

• Certification: IMI Level 4 certification is required.

• Dealership Experience: Previous experience working at a major automotive brand dealership is preferred.

• Engine Knowledge: Strong knowledge of diesel, petrol, and hybrid engines.

• Driving License: Valid UK driving license is mandatory.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues efficiently.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed to the highest standards.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
