Project: Building a Banking Application from Scratch

Positions: 1 React Native  Lead with Application Architect experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• React Native: Proven experience in developing mobile applications using React Native.

• Redux: Strong understanding and practical experience with Redux for state management.

• NativeWind: Familiarity with NativeWind for styling and UI development.

• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly in guiding and mentoring development teams.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with the CTO and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire development process, ensuring the project aligns with the client’s vision and goals.
• Collaborate with the CTO to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensure the application is scalable, secure, and performs optimally.
• Senior Developers:
• Develop and implement features using React Native, Redux, and NativeWind.
• Collaborate with the Lead/Architect to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fintech industry or with banking applications.

• Knowledge of modern development tools and practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
