About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Lecturer to join our Fashion Management, Marketing, and Communication department. This role involves teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with a focus on the International Fashion Business (IFB) BA (Hons) top-up course. The IFB course is known for attracting a diverse cohort of talented students and is delivered in collaboration with our longstanding partner institution, HKDI, in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will also contribute to modules in global fashion business, trends, buying, marketing, and communications.
If you have the qualifications and experience to take on the role of Course Leader, you will oversee the planning, design, and development of the IFB course. Additionally, you may be involved in delivering teaching at HKDI, supporting this international partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and innovative teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate modules within the fashion business discipline.
Take leadership of the IFB course, including curriculum planning, module development, and student mentorship.
Supervise major projects and dissertations, ensuring students achieve their full potential.
Share current industry insights and practices with students to prepare them for careers in the dynamic fashion and lifestyle sectors.
Support the partnership with HKDI, including potential international teaching commitments.
Essential Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of global fashion business, trends, and practices.
Experience in teaching and supervising major academic projects or dissertations.
Ability to deliver high-quality academic content and support diverse student cohorts.
